Exigent Drill Bits has full manufacturing for PDC with CNC 5 Axis machines, programmers that can design and manufacture to any specifications. The Manufacturing Plant has a current capacity of over 400 PDC Bits per year and can service and repair over 1000 Bits and Drilling Tools. Currently Manufacturing bits from 3” to 26” in Sizes. Various other Drilling Tools like Stage Hole Openers, Bit Subs etc are also manufactured.
EDB's engineers have fine tuned the best materials available worldwide to be used on a Drill Bit by continuosly testing new materials. Be in hardfacing or materials used in a Steel or Matrix quality is always Top Notch! Over 400 runs and not a single SQ issue in the field
